Ask the box office
A standing-room ticket does not include a seat. You stand for the performance, usually in a designated rear-orchestra or mezzanine area. Some productions release these only when seated tickets sell out; policies vary.
Separate from rush tickets; subject to theater policy and fire-code restrictions.
Often sold on the performance day at the box office, in very limited quantities. Ask directly about the current release time and availability.
Payment methods vary; confirm whether cash or a card is required.
Prices are often below standard seated tickets but vary by production. Confirm with the theater.
Not guaranteed even when a show appears sold out. Views may be partly obstructed, and late arrivals may not be admitted.
Consider the full running time and your ability to stand. A shorter performance may be easier. Contact the venue about accessible seated options before booking.
