The Tony Predictions Challenge is sponsored by Broadway Broadcasting LLC, producer of 5th Row Center …with Roma Torre.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Broadway Broadcasting LLC, 5th Row Center LLC, 5th Row Center …with Roma Torre, and anyone directly involved in administering or judging the contest are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter

Complete and submit the official Tony Predictions Challenge entry form at 5thRowCenter.com between June 2, 2026, and June 7, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address. Incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, late, or invalid entries may be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chance of winning.

Winner Selection

This is a prediction contest. The eligible entrant with the highest number of correct Tony Award winner predictions, based on the official Tony Awards results, will be the potential winner.

If two or more eligible entrants have the same number of correct predictions, the winner will be determined by the tie-breaker question on the entry form.

If a tie remains after the tie-breaker, Sponsor may select the winner by random drawing from among the tied eligible entries.

The winner will be selected no later than June 9, 2026.

Winner Announcement and Notification

The winner will be announced on the next Broadway unScripted Live on YouTube and will also be notified directly using the contact information submitted on the entry form.

If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 72 hours, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize

One winner will receive two tickets to a Tony Award-winning Broadway show.

Approximate retail value: $300.

The specific show, performance date, seat location, ticket type, and ticket provider will be determined by Sponsor, subject to availability.

Prize does not include transportation, lodging, parking, meals, taxes, fees, or any other expense not specifically stated in these rules. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by entering or accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city, state, entry, statements, image, likeness, and voice for promotional, editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

Privacy

Information submitted through the entry form will be used to administer the contest, contact the potential winner, verify eligibility, fulfill the prize, and communicate about the contest. Sponsor will not sell entrant information to advertisers.

Release of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Broadway Broadcasting LLC, 5th Row Center LLC, 5th Row Center …with Roma Torre, YouTube, Google LLC, The Broadway League, The American Theatre Wing, Tony Awards Productions, Broadway productions, theater owners, ticket providers, prize suppliers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

No Affiliation

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with YouTube, Google LLC, The Broadway League, The American Theatre Wing, Tony Awards Productions, any Broadway production, theater owner, ticketing platform, or prize provider unless expressly stated.

By entering, entrants release YouTube and Google LLC from any liability related to this contest.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, submits false information, or attempts to undermine the operation or fairness of the contest.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the contest if fraud, technical failures, human error, force majeure, legal restriction, or any other factor impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or proper operation of the contest.

Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
